We advise on a whole spectrum of asset financing matters, including:

Pre-Delivery Payment Financing

We advise on PDP financing. We are familiar with risk mitigation features in PDP financing and the interrelationship between PDP financing and the application of long term financing.

Export Credit Financing

Export Credit Agency supported financing transactions including:

the ECA; and
the US Ex-Im Bank supported transactions. We also advised on ECA supported bond issues.

Other Asset and Financing Types

We advise on financing and leasing of ships, electric vehicles, oil drilling rigs, solar photovoltaic power equipment and other equipment. We also have experience in advising asset backed securitisations and other asset supported bond issues.

Debt Financing

We have extensive expertise in a variety of asset backed and corporate debt financing ranging from vanilla bilateral loans to complex syndications, club arrangements, sub-participations, mezzanine financings and leveraged financings.
